German Supply Chain Act (LkSG)

German law requiring companies to meet human rights and environmental due diligence obligations in their supply chain.

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) has applied in Germany since 2023. It obliges companies to systematically identify supply chain risks and take corrective action.

With the CSDDD entering into force, the LkSG is gradually being aligned with EU law.
